With self-developed SiC MOSFET and SiC SBD, modules' peak efficiency surpass 96.5%.

When the rated voltage is input, the P100030 module allows an output power of 30kW, and the P100040 module allows an output power of 40kW. The relationship between the module output voltage and output current is shown in the figure.


Below an ambient temperature of 60℃, the module outputs full power.Above an ambient temperature of 60℃, it is used with derated power, which is segmented linear power limitation.At an ambient temperature of 75℃, the output power of the module drops to 0.
